Our founders, Danny Assman, Matt Sneller, and Drew Olson, saw that while existing land management methods are valuable, they haven't fully solved the complex problem of these aggressive invasive species. We've all seen how these invaders outcompete native plant communities, and we knew more effective tools were needed.

The Team

This team brings together a powerful combination of skills spanning autonomous technology, drone operations, agriculture and animal health. With a deep background in leadership forged through military service, one Brush Drones founder has a track record of driving global sales and co-founding ventures that specialize in uncrewed systems and precision agriculture. Another founder is a specialist in drone piloting, mapping, and autonomous vehicles, with a focus on leveraging this technology for agricultural applications. The third founder is a veterinarian with a family history in farm management, who has also developed a company focused on providing professional education to others in the veterinary field. This collective expertise creates a unique synergy, combining practical agricultural knowledge with cutting-edge technological and medical skills.
